After this Horseman lost his head, he replaced it with a better Jack-O-Lantern head which he carries everywhere he goes. The face glows with an eerie color changing effect whenever he speaks to you. He is dressed in a fine velveteen vest and long black cape. Don't get too close to the axe that he carries, you never know when he might need a new head.
